Brew your tea in style with the VarieTEA Electric Tea Kettle! Choose between 5 different temps (150, 165, 180, 195, 212) and let the kettle do the work for you!
This version has a new Cool Touch plastic exterior, so you no longer have to worry about accidentally burning yourself on the metal exterior. The new keep warm button will keep the water for your desired temperature for up to 60 minutes.
At 1500w, it boils water at considerable speeds, and is cordless so it can be poured and refilled with ease. Max capacity 57oz (1.7L).

WHEN ORDERS GET SHIPPED
Orders get shipped out every Wednesday. Orders from Monday to Sunday are made and packaged on Monday and Tuesday, then shipped Wednesday. Other days are added if an over abundance of orders occurs.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so the once a week method saw little change for many people.

Dawn The big selling point for me is that the tea kettle can be removed from the corded base for both filling and pouring. Being able to set the water temp and see the water level via the window are also plusses. Be sure not to fill past the "Max" line or you will have leaking that appears like it is from the handle - yes, it happened to me and I haven't done it since. This leaking is not a faulty tea kettle as I saw in a review on another site. It doesn't happen if you don't overfill. Overall, this is perfect for my home office due to the amount of water it can hold and the convenience. Add in The Dragon's Treasure teas and you are golden.
