Food Grade: Matcha made for all your tasty treats! This Matcha is best when used with various foods and snacks, such as cookies, mocha balls, muffins, pocky sticks, or even liquid drinks! Mix it with some protein powder, a shake, whatever you can think of!
Latté: Higher grade than Food grade, but lower than Ceremonial, this matcha is best used for liquid mixes, such as matcha lattes, milk-based drinks such as boba tea and milkshakes, or fruit based such as smoothies.

Due to the entire business being run by one Teaman, the shipping times can be as early as 3 days after order to, on rare occasions, as much as 21 days. The average time is around 7 days from your order day.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so we opted for a date range instead of a hard number.
