Glitch in the Matrix
You look around, and you notice something is wrong. Coffee this good, AND organic? Must be a Glitch in the Matrix, alright.
Grown under guava, plantain, and banana trees in Guatemala’s Huehuetenango region, La Asociación Sostenible de Cafe de Guatemala (ASDECAFE) proudly produces a bean committed to sustainability, environmental protection, equitable distribution among its workers, and of course, the best coffee quality imaginable available internationally. With more than 1,000 active members today, ASDECAFE was founded in 2103 by only six farmers and continues to grow while becoming certified organic.
Cupping Notes: Honeyed sweetness with bright, orange citrus acidity and pleasant notes of pear.

SHIPPING DATES
WHEN ORDERS GET SHIPPED
Due to the entire business being run by one Teaman, the shipping times can be as early as 3 days after order to, on rare occasions, as much as 21 days. The average time is around 7 days from your order day.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so we opted for a date range instead of a hard number.
I'm a coffee guy. It's what I do. Tried this french press, pour over, and percolation. Have to say it holds up no matter what method you use for your coffee. Ordered it in a medium roast and was quite happy to see that the roast wasn't overdone and it smelled exactly how it should have. Genuinely good work.
The Coffee itself is exactly as described, it's easy to drink and what I'd consider quite smooth. A pleasant experience and it smelled wonderful enough that I had people in the home commenting on said aroma.
If you are hesitant to try a Coffee from what is ostensibly a tea company, dude knows what he's doing and the product speaks for itself.
