DESCRIPTION: One of the finest and most versatile Oolong teas out there, Iron Goddess of Mercy, otherwise known as Ti Kuan Yin, comes all the way from China to our teacup. Named after the Goddess of Mercy known in several Asiatic cultures, this tea follows a complex and precise 8 step process that gives us the divine elegance that is this piece of art.
INGREDIENTS: Oolong
CAFFEINE LEVEL: Medium
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS: 1 tsp per 8 oz. water, 195° for 2-3 minutes
RE-BREW: 4+ times
BREWING SKILL LEVEL: 2
Pre-Bagged: Pre-bagged means that we put the tea in individual tea bags for you. Each size will be divided into 2.5 grams per tea bag, or:
8 bags per 20g
20 bags per 50g
40 bags per 100g

Charles This was perhaps the finest oolong I've ever had. The flavors were fresh and vibrant, and the aroma astounding, from opening the package to the steeping itself. Notes of lilac and spring air on the nose, to the semi-sweet, soft tanin taste. Just wonderful.

Jerry Don't get me wrong, your other teas have been quite good. But this one had something much more....genuine about it. Like, if someone ever asked me what do I expect tea to taste like, this is the flavor I would pick. Also thank you for letting me know about brewing it multiple times, it really is even better the second time around. I hope you guys keep growing so you can add more teas like this to the store. It was my first non-flavored tea (kind of ironic that I found the "non-flavored" to have the best flavor), and I feel like I am hooked on this and want to explore even more.
