SHIPPING DATES
WHEN ORDERS GET SHIPPED
Orders get shipped out every Wednesday. Orders from Monday to Sunday are made and packaged on Monday and Tuesday, then shipped Wednesday. Other days are added if an over abundance of orders occurs.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so the once a week method saw little change for many people.
Another classic. Really enjoy having this one in the morning.
I love this tea so much… it’s my go-to afternoon pick me up with I need some caffeine. I love chai, but it’s a winter drink for me. This is the perfect summer substitute. It doesn’t have the intensity of a chai, but it has layers of favor. First, the mild yerba mate comes through, then the chai flavors, and finally the fruitiness and sweetness of the pineapple, mango, and papayas. You can pick on the aniseed, but it’s soft and well-balanced. It won’t be noticeable to those who don’t like it, but if you’re looking for it - it’s there. The almond flavor balances out the spice and fruit both in flavor and aroma. The aroma is hard to pin-point, it’s a mix of Christmas and tropical.
I am a life-long coffee drinker (former barista) and wasn’t a regular tea drinker until I found this tea company. Now, it’s a regular part of my day. I tend to be weary of green teas because EGCG makes me nauseous if I drink too much or too strong, but I have yet to run into that issue with this company - I’ve tried at least 14 of their teas.
Don't let the large list of ingredients intimidate you; dry, it you really get the almond scent, brewed the scent is mellowed by the fruits, and the fruit taste is balanced with the spice. It's got a nice little bite, but nothing too overpowering. A very nice tea for some cooler weather, and an interesting experience all around.
I love this tea. Great taste
