We're moving! April Delayed Shipping Times, and New Rewards Program!
It is time for us to enter the next phase of our business! We're finally moving from the soul sucking state of Illinois and heading down to Southern Texas. The move will be expensive but worth it. You can still donate to the move if you wish to support it here.
This also means there will be a gap in which we will be unable to complete any orders. For the first 2, possibly even 3 weeks of April, all orders will be delayed. We're giving this heads up now so 1. you can stock up early, and 2. you won't be confused as to why your order hasn't come in on time like it usually does. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us.
In other news, we're well aware of the constant issues our EXP Points system has been causing. That is why we're switching to a new program to fix these issues. It will take a few days for the syncing process to complete (so all your current points will transfer over), and it will have a different look to it. It will also perform slightly differently, but more updates on that later. It'll also give us the option to assign some products to be purchased with only EXP Points, so look forward to more ways for us to reward loyal customers!
