WHEN ORDERS GET SHIPPED
Orders get shipped out every Wednesday. Orders from Monday to Sunday are made and packaged on Monday and Tuesday, then shipped Wednesday. Other days are added if an over abundance of orders occurs.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so the once a week method saw little change for many people.

Jacob Davidson (Fort Worth, US) The VelociTEA kettle is an amazing little convenience for anyone that wants, or needs to bulk brew their drinks. It works for tea, as the name implies, and coffee(Oolong Temp). It has a max fill capacity of 40 oz. This is also NOT the full size of the kettle. This is around halfway the size of it.
A steeper cage is suspended over the top of the water, and allows it to brew without over-brewing. This allows for the convenient bulk brew, without it being steeped for too long.
The only thing that makes this product not as convenient as it could be is that the steeper cage isn't perfect. It allows a small amount leaves, and grounds to either spill out the tiny holes, or comes out the top of the lid on the occasion. A small solution to this is to get reusable brewing bags, or coffee filters to wrap it.
Otherwise, all things said. It has made dealing with brewing, and drinking tea/coffee a whole lot easier. I have not worried about steeping, or brewing tea for longer than it should have. Clean every month, or so to keep the tastes good.
Highly recommended, and worth the price for combining the functions of the IngenuiTEA Strainer, and the VelociTEA Kettle.
