Due to the entire business being run by one Teaman, the shipping times can be as early as 3 days after order to, on rare occasions, as much as 21 days. The average time is around 7 days from your order day.
WHY SHIP LIKE THIS
There's a number of practical reasons. The company has a workforce of one person, consolidating orders saves hours every week. Time is also needed to make the teas, coffee, and soaps (A tea typically has to "sit" for about 2 days before it can be packaged). We also need to frequently do inventory to reorder supplies and ingredients. When we were doing daily orders, many orders were frequently delayed by up to a week because of this, so we opted for a date range instead of a hard number.

Instead i can only say that the flavors are very nicely picked and they taste exactly how you would expect them to even without having tried them first.
The packaging seems a little shady with the plastic bags they come in and adding the rebrew counts on the package would also have been nice.
Overall a very worthwhile purchase.

Daniel Merritt (Johnson City, US) Let me preface this, I've never really been a big tea drinker. But I've heard whispering tales of your tea since a year ago however I was unsure of what tea to get. Then I came across your tea again and saw the sampler pack, I decided to take the plunge a month ago and got this Tea Sampler pack.
It has been quite an enjoyable journey. Every day is a new experience. The variety is broad and the depth of each flavor is deep. I have a deeper appreciation of tea now after experiencing such different tastes compared to the standard off the shelf kind of teas. I didn't know the tea world could be so good.
